I really think me losing the 6 lbs (or something) since Thanksgiving is partially attributed to that.

File under: sad things in life because I clearly need to continue the sobriety (ok who am I kidding… keep the wine to a minimum at least)

Because progress feels really nice. And I can tell around my ribs that I am definitely getting smaller. I am happy about those things.
