Breakfast: Smoothie with spinach, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, 1/2 peach, a tangerine and a scoop of protein powder. I use water instead of milk or juice for my liquid.
I like to think about how I shouldn't be eating this bagel/pizza/ice cream (etc!) as I watch the food go in to my mouth.
I've lost around 25 lbs and am not interested in gaining it back but yet here I am! Gaining it back! So I should probably get back on the ball.
