Let’s see… yesterday I was 189.
Things I love: CARBS CARBS!
I need to get it together.
I like to think about how I shouldn't be eating this bagel/pizza/ice cream (etc!) as I watch the food go in to my mouth.
I've lost around 25 lbs and am not interested in gaining it back but yet here I am! Gaining it back! So I should probably get back on the ball.
