Important thing to do today.
Throw away the cookie dough ice cream.
Without picking out all the cookie dough and eating it first.
I like to think about how I shouldn't be eating this bagel/pizza/ice cream (etc!) as I watch the food go in to my mouth.
I've lost around 25 lbs and am not interested in gaining it back but yet here I am! Gaining it back! So I should probably get back on the ball.
